Adsense application denied, because of ENGLISH language site

I just wondering if application to google adsense is reviewed by real person or by both. I applied for a new account using my 6+ month old health blog.
After 2 days I received an email from google adsense team informing me that my application was denied because they supposedly found that the language on my site is not supported.
All the content of my blog was written in English, how come that the reason of denial is that they do not support the language.
Anyone encounter the same problem, and how did you fix this kind of problem?
