AdSense problem- low CPC

Hi There,
I have recently added adsense to my website which one is for cars and automotive but I have experienced a very low CPC - moving from 0.06EUR to 0.14 per clik.
Have someone experienced similar problem and what should I do to to make it growing the CPC?

    you can get in trouble with Google for revealing your CTR.

    Search your keyword for the higher CPC terms. Then optimize for those terms.

    Dude your Ad placements are hideous.

    Move sidebar from right to left, and use a 728x90 leaderboard.

    Don;t just stick those 336x280 eye sores in the middle of your content.
