Hi everybody,

I was wondering if it is possible to use the raw logs file to extract data that Google doesn't show such as "not provided" keywords.

I know that with the logs file hosted on the server you can see some info, like which page was visited at a certain time from a certain IP using a certain browser. Now my question is can we see on the log files which keywords the visitors used to visit my website?

Since google doesnt provide us all the data in analytics I am looking for another way to have an access to this data.

If you mean the "not provided" in Google Analytics, you need to connect it to Google Webmaster Tools to get some more info in there. They're hiding search keywords "to protect user's privacy".

I'm not sure what's in the server logs, but Google is probably obscuring the referrer strings for the same reason. I've seen a blog post about some users trying to decode their strings.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
