Decrease in Indexed Pages - Maybe...

I'm wondering if someone here can help me unwind the tangled web that I have found with indexed pages. Google Webmasters Tool reports there has been a steady decrease of indexed pages for my site over the last year. The crawl error report shows several hundred pages that resulted in an error. However, the problem occurs when I go to Moz. The websites identified in Webmasters Tool as crawl errors are not the same ones that come up in Moz. Moz lists crawl errors in the thousands, and lists different sites. The sites Moz is listing are URLs with an extension of /%7B%7Bstore%20direct_url=, which of course come up as 404 errors. If I look up the URLs without that extensions, they are live and well.

And on top of all this, I did the site:XX.com in Google, and it shows results that do not indicate there are missing index pages. For example, Webmasters Tools and Moz say there are about 3000 indexed pages, but the search returns over 6000.

Can anyone help untangle this mess? And help me figure out what to do about the crawl errors on Webmasters and Moz?
