Using only H2 tag?

If i want to add a H1 or H2 tag to my article, can i just add in the body H2 tag? because normally the title is a H1 tag anyways, isn't it?

Example when you write a blog post on wordpress, the title bar is a H1 tag?

Also does it make a difference if i add h2 tag at the beginning of my post's body and i put the rest of content below it? or it is better to add some content at the beginning and later add that h2 tag?

    When you write on any subject first choose your main keyword for h1 tag and add h2 on phases main keyword. Like Guest Post (h1) & 500 Guest Post Website Lists (h2)

      Yes, i know that.

      But is it good to add h2 tag just below h1 (title)? or i should put it after some content?

      Example:

      Title (h1)
      H2 tag
      content

      VS

      Title (h1)
      1 paragraph of content
      H2
      More content

      which one is better and if it's important at all (the placement of H2 tag)?
