I put a site up a few days ago. It was indexed in google yesterday. For some reason atm only the privacy policy page is indexed. The root url is not.

Its still indexed in yahoo and rising in rank since yesterday but dead in google.

What does this typically mean?

    Did you search both:
    • site:domain.com
    • site:www.domain.com

Does the site have unique content? Sometimes Google deindexes pages that are produced by pulling content from other sources on the web through a script.

Yes its 1200 word article I personally wrote

Site already made me 33$ from yahoo on second page, I need it in google!. However in google only my privacy policy page is indexed and oddly enough my privacy policy ranks for my "primary keyword" on page 5.

The homepage and disclosure are no where to be seen. Completely de-indexed.

Could this be from the One link I bought, which I doubt because Ive never been penalized before, from 8 other sites ive done this with. Or from over optimization?

      Article length 1200 words. Primary keyword 9x on page.... 1x in h1, 1x in h2, 1x in h3, 1x in hyperlink, 5 times in content.....thats like 0.8% so I doubt it.

      Any ideas?

You say you only put up the site a few days ago?
I wouldn't worry just yet, it was indexed yesterday, it might be indexed again tomorrow!
The fact that your Privacy page is ranking for the appropriate term shows that when G' has finished "looking it over" it will rank as it should.

I would just go ahead with adding content as planned for the time being.

Just an extra thought - have you checked if it's a previously used domain, and what it's history was?

Yea site was up a few days ago. Within a day homepage and privacy policy were indexed. However privacy policy was ranking higher than homepage.

          Next day homepage de-indexed.

No records in archive.org, I believe I am the first ever to register
