Something along the lines of a blog at wordpress would work. They can host it for you, and then you can get a free domain (.tk or co.cc) and just write QUALITY, helpful information.

Proceed by sticking up some Google Adsense ads and you could very easily be making $1.00 a day; however, stick to a topic that interests you, but has a high Cost Per Click(CPC) at the same time.

Here's my two cents.

1 - Replace your header image. Don't get me wrong I laughed, but I'm almost certain that wasn't your intent. You're wanting to present your site as an authority so maybe something more clinical or emotionally charged (sad kids/angry parents/etc.)without being comical.

2 - You pretty much tear into a five paragraph essay right off the bat. Give me a reason to actually read all that. Break that stuff out man. Start off with a bulleted list of symptoms that can appeal to a broad audience.
"How many times has your boss made you angry and you killed him?"
"Have you ever lost your job because of your temper and then killed everyone?"

Obviously I'm kidding, but you catch my drift. You're selling your content. Just because I'm on your page doesn't mean I'm sold...I'm window shopping.

3 - Your new content, bust that into new pages. Clean up that front page.

4- Lose that first ad group in the top left. It creates this text vomit effect that's gonna turn people off. In the top third of the page you have three different text styles and colors going left to right.

5 - If you're looking to raise the value of your ads, you're gonna have to post some topics and articles concerning pharma. Holistic stuff is great, but it's cheap. Drugs cost a ton of money and the folks who make them want to advertise on your page. Give them a reason to do that.

Write 90 articles between 400-600 words each. If your site is not on a wordpress blog, change it to a wordpress blog. Install the usual seo plugins (search WF and you can find them) Then upload 30 of the articles to the site... One a day. You can preload them in WP and have it drip out the articles. At the same time, push out the other 60 articles to all the article sites. Making sure to focus on ezinearticles, articlesbase, articlealley. Thats it. A lot of work, but if youre willing to do it, it will pay off.

Traffic means profit. You need to generate tons of visitors in order to earn good in your websites/ blogs. For now, create tons of articles in your site and build some links Choose lucrative keyword to target and talk about.
