Ranking a Local Real Estate Website

Hello there, I am working with a real estate, what type of links are important in what it comes to rank real estate local websites? Where shall the websites be listed? Google Maps any others?

        You should submit it to LOCAL directories, article directories, forums... Everything that can be done LOCALLY... Social Bookmarking is also a very good idea!

    Do things that help any site rank well. Start posting links on numerous websites to build your backlink count. I find local sites very easy to rank so it shouldn't be too difficult.

    Try joining some real estate forums and commenting on some blogs that allow you to link back to your website. Be sure to also use social which can also build your backlink count.

    Also include the name of your local area in your anchor texts whenever possible and be sure not to be spammy.

    Get HQ links from real estate niche specific websites.

    I found that local citations help A LOT and also local directory listings.
