Manwebmaster, there is no definite answer to this question. And anyone who says they have one, is lying.
In general, avoid anything automated or sporadic. Even though sporadic may be good, it also can make your link building look unnatural. For example, if you buy some 1000 link package, and then there isn't a single link built for a month.
But even then, I doubt search engines even look at link building velocity at all! I'm yet to see a proof they do. The most natural way is when other websites in your niche that cover the same subject link to you in their articles.
Just create really helpful content, get to know other bloggers and make sure if anyone copies your content or uses your takeaways, they put a link to your blog.

yeah mr seotraveler , i was check copyscape and i don't found my content on any website, but some guys tell me to do 10 backlink/day and doing backlink do follow (90%) and no follow (10%). is that true or false ??

There is no such time frame to build backlinks. You can create it any time but be alerted when you go ahead in creating the backlinks as over optimization may have a negative impact on the website.

Build as many as you can. Mass link building is fine as long as you do it naturally. i.e. with diverse anchor texts and from multiple pages/domains.

Paul, OP is talking about building links. He isn't going to EARN links. Over optimization, i.e. similar anchor text hurts as you know well

Try to post 5 to 10 infographics, people generally copy your inforgraphics and provide you link as sources. If you create good infographics, then you will get 20 to 30 backlinks in day and all from trusted sites. You should try to write quality content share on social media sites will also help you more.

  You need at least 10,000 links per day minimum (sarcasm). Just create good content. If your asking these kinds of questions your just gonna get yourself in trouble trying to go out and build backlinks yourself. I would suggest focusing on good content & promoting that content(social media, ppc etc) to get natural back links from others.

My advice is, concentrate on quality links, instead of how many to get.Go to guest blogging on high quality blogs.Only several quality posts will help you more instead of thousands low quality links.Hope that helps.
