Page links vs Blog post links for SEO linkjuice

What is better setup for my PR website for ranking websites and passing link juice to money sites:
-Setting the main page of my website as blog and having the links in different blogspots (still clickable from main page).
Or
-Setting the main page as a Page and just having the links on there
Let me know about your experience and if it matters...
