Does anyone recommend sharing your website/blog post on relevant, high PR Facebook pages? Many of these pages allow anyone to post to their wall. Are these no-follow links, and if so is it still worth getting them?

Depends on how responsive the fanpage is. If placing your links back to your blog get clicks to it, why not?

On the other hand, if no clicks or an insignificant amount of clicks is generated back to our blog/website, then not worth it.

    Just my 2 cents.

I am not an SEO guy so i do not know what effect it would have in terms of links...

If your just looking to obtain a backlink from facebook, go right ahead...

But, if you want traffic, I would suggest posting to group pages, friend's walls and your own wall. If your product/niche is good, this is like becoming an overnight trafficaire...lol..

Make sure the photo is engaging too... I have a video I posted 2 days ago and it has been viewed over 45,000 times.... The reason that is, because it's been commented on, liked and shared 100s of times over...and I did exactly what I stated above.

I just didn't abuse it, because if you get reported by just one person or user of facebook, your link could get banned for good.

    We don't want that.

    Holla!
