PPC services that approve clickbank sites?

I am thinking of using PPC services to make an income from selling click bank products. However, I know that Google PPC doesn't approve ads that sell them.

Does anybody know about a PPC marketing service that will approve ads for clickbank products?

Also, if so, would there be any that accept payments via PayPal?

7search, adknowledge come to my mind. Bing/Yahoo - but not sure if they allow CB products.

You create a landing page that contains CB link or squezee page (with opt in). Then you promote the CB products to list.

Are you sure you can't use Adwords to all Clickbank sites. I see Adwords ads to eVerify which is a Clickbank site.

  Google does approve ads for some Clickbank products, provided that you follow all of AdWords policies. One of the most common mistakes that affiliate marketers make when targeting CB is they violate AdWords' bridge page policy.
