SEO and Wordpress

I have a Wordpress blog but I was wanting some SEO tips that would help me improve my traffic. I have the plugin All in One SEO and jet pack but I was wondering if there was any other good plugins that I should be using. Thanks for any advice

    You can use jetpack to share your content on social sites like google plus pages and facebook pages. There are other plugins like Social Networks Auto Poster from nextscripts to share your content on several other social / bookmark sites like stumbleupon, vk.com, delicious, diigo etc. This will help in traffic and also build backlinks to your original post.

    You'll need to have a good backlink profile inorder to increase your website rankings, plugins alone won't help much!

    Unless your site and server are very fast remove Jetpack. It's probably slowing your site down which Google considers a negative factor. Jetpack is a huge piece of bloatware. Unfortunate, because it seems to have good functionality.

    See that you'll get these right: title and h1, slug, meta description, categories and content. If you want my take on this, search Google for "nettiapina wordpress seo 101".

    Some things matter for word press
    1.Content is king
    2. Low competition Keyword
    3. Good on page SEO with Yoast(Recommended from me)
    4.High Authority domains Back Links
    A lots of other things But These are Compulsory for word press
    5.A good Responsive Theme is also Need.

    I'd also recommend Yoast SEO, but All in One SEO is good enough. I see no reason to change the plugin, especially for on-page stuff. The changes these plugins do are relatively simple, and any well-known SEO plugin has to get them right.

    That plugin is good but if you want to increase traffic you have to rank your keywords on google top in search top and for tht you will need to create lot lot of backlinks...

      If Jetpack brings functionality that you can't easily get anywhere else, then don't remove it. But at least test your site with and without Jetpack. Can you feel the difference? The slowest plugins are so slow that it's not about milliseconds any more.

      If you want more popular SEO plugin, so far everyone has recommended Yoast SEO. But in my opinion it's not that important.
