I have a new website and I want to hire someone to create 5 back links a day for 30days using white hat only.

What specification should I set for them to follow in the job description?

Only post on sites relevant to my niche
Dont leave "good advice" "great info" advice, but write meaningful comments.
submit to one web directory a day.

what else? this is the first time I have hired someone to do back linking

thanks.

Please don't use the term "white hat". I don't think it applies to most SEO practitioners out there, and you're hiring someone to post junk on other people's websites.

If you get someone to follow those directions you'd have hundreds of low quality links from random websites that are tangentially related to your niche. If that's what you want, then I guess you nailed it.
    Signature
Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Its not what I want, I guess it would be better to do this task myself?

Assuming that you've already done this yourself then your job spec would be a description of your procedure for finding places to get backlinks from.

If you haven't already done it, outsourcing will be a lot harder as you'll be guessing and it will be like the blind leading the blind.

Your initial spec sounds as though you're wanting your outsourcer to submit to online directories - plenty of services that will do that either as a blast or as drip feed - and blog commenting which can be white hat but often isn't.

But the "spec" here is to vague to comment much further which means it's wide open to interpretation by an outsourcer as well.

You need to answer a few questions yourself first. What types of links are you looking for? Are you looking for quality links or just random comments? Are you looking to get engagement from those links... or just get a backlink? What link anchor text do you need them to use? You want to define as much up front and be as detailed as possibile. Otherwise hire a service to get you backlinks that knows what they are going and are reputable

Commenting for links, submission to (spammed) directories etc. isn't a white-hat approach. BTW you can call these attempts as white-hat for your heart and mind's peace

If I'd be you, my guidelines would be "stay relevant, comment on low spammed pages, and use varying anchor texts"

It doesn't matter either the person builds you a link by saying "good advice" or whatever else. It matters only if the comments are moderated.
