Help Getting New AdWords Account

Hello,

My AdWords account was suspended for policy violations and I need help getting a new one. The told me that if I create a new account it will get banned too, so I need to create it in a way that they don't know who I am.

I have a new domain, and created a google account with a prepaid cell phone, but I'm stuck when it comes to a payment method. I've read that google is banning VCCs left and right, so I'm not sure what kind of payment method to use. I've read many posts about this problem but haven't seen any clear solution.

I'm looking for someone that has experience with this to help me get a new account.

Reply to this post if you can help.

There's no error message. I haven't tried using a VCC because I've read on forums that people with previously suspended accounts have gotten banned when they try to create a new one with a VCC.

Were you using the VCCs because one of your accounts was suspended?

If so, then I should be able to do that too. If not, then I'm still not sure if I can use a VCC in my situation.

Chances are if you violate Google's TOS with a new domain you'll just get shut down again, and may be banned permanently.

If you can't figure out the exact violation(s) from the email they sent to the account admin, you can get on the phone and talk to their support team. They can tell you what's wrong and provide suggestions for fixing it/them.

I've helped some clients get their accounts unsuspended. As long as you're not promoting something that is restricted by them, nor doing so in a way they don't approve of, they're pretty reasonable about unsuspending an account as long as you jump through their hoops and fix the issue(s) first.

I did talk with them first and fixed the issues that they told me about. Then I submitted for a re-review and here's the reply I got:

"Our specialists have re-reviewed your websites and have confirmed that we're unable to unsuspend your account. The business model promoted is not acceptable per our policies and is not fixable either. At this time, no amount of changes to your ads/sites/account can be recommended, as the decision to suspend your account is final."

I plan on following their policies very carefully this time so that my new account isn't suspended. But I don't think I'm getting the old one back.

Oh, I see brianac. The root issue is an unacceptable business model; No fixing that until they change their policies. Too bad they didn't tell you that before you fixed the issues they pointed out to you.

Yes I understand that. But I'm no longer trying to advertise those old sites that don't have acceptable business models. I'm trying to start with a fresh site that follows all their policies. The problem is they seem to have permanently banned my account. That's why I need a new one with a new identity.

            Hi brianac,

I'm sorry to here about your troubles with AdWords banning you. To fully realize what you are up against you should understand that they have not banned your "account". Google does not ban accounts, they suspend them. If you are banned, it is not the "account" that is banned, it is "you" personally, as an individual that has been banned. That means that you can never do business with AdWords under your current identity.

Google realizes that the first thing many banned individuals will attempt is to open a new account under a new name, they are expecting this and they will make every effort to detect just such an act. There is no way that you will get away with it unless you completely abandon your previous identity, and any link from your new identity to the old will trigger an automatic suspension of your new account.

Google is in the identity business, they are very good at it so if you ever hope to do business again with AdWords, you must completely repent and kill off your old identity and everything associated with your old identity. That means getting rid of computers, hosting, ISP, bank accounts, credit cards, or anything else that could ever be linked to your old identity.

You need to realize that your identity is now toxic to anyone who even allows you to borrow their computer. Simply borrowing a computer from a friend to login to one of you old accounts could result in your friend being linked, and barred permanently form AdWords as well.

Google takes this issue seriously and you going down the exact path they expect a banned individual to take and they will be waiting for you there, at the end of the path, with a fresh banning. I have seen this same story play out for a number of individuals. Just thought you should know what you are up against.

Here is what they said in the email:

"...the decision to suspend your account is final. Please refrain from opening any new AdWords accounts, as we'll suspend any newly created accounts upon creation."

So my account is suspended. Does that mean I'm also banned since they say not to open any new accounts?

Yes, they have banned you as an individual from ever using the AdWords platform.

They generally reserve banning an individual only when there has been an especially egregious violation of their policy, or if you were ever involved in a business practice that they classify as a scam.

I have, however, also seen them ban an individual that seemed intent on arguing with them or refusing to comply with policies after repeated attempts made by AdWords to resolve an issue. Or the worst violation of them all, in AdWords' eyes, is to simply ignore them, that will almost always result in a permanent banning and perhaps the most common reason individuals are banned.

                  Here's the reason they gave:

"The business model promoted is not acceptable per our policies and is not fixable either."

It was my first business and was online for about a month before they apparently banned me for life without warning. Seems a little extreme, but at this point I'd just like to figure out how to create a new account without them figuring out it's me.

What type of business model were you promoting?

Digital information product in the gardening niche. It was a typical long for sales page with a buy button at the bottom. The footer had links to the legal and contact pages.

Since it was my first online business I had no idea what worked and what didn't, so I set up the site as a learning experiment. I copied someone else's site, and drove traffic to it with adwords. If anyone clicked the buy button, they just got a message that the product was currently unavailable. I was just trying to learn if these information product sites actually work. The plan was to build a real site if enough people tried to buy.

So apparently google really didn't like what I did and banned me permanently. Yeah I know, I should have read their policies before doing this, but I didn't, so my only option now seems to be to set up a new identity with adwords. I already have a new legit site up and advertising with Bing. I don't think google would ban me again as long as they don't link me to my old account.

There are people selling adwords accounts in some forums. I havent test that service. But it should be very easy. Try buying coupons at first and using VCC. By the way dont use the same name, you should ask a family member or friend.

That's horrible advice an you'll get banned again if you try it.

Set up a new account with a new domain. Use a credit card you have not used with them before. And follow their policies so you don't run into this issue again.

But they said they would ban any new account I try to create. Of course they would recognize the address is the same if I just used a different credit card.

OK. Then keep coming up with excuses as to why it won't work. It's not a problem to me.

You can use 1 CC to around 20 adword account so i donot thing you must be getting any problem with that unless your site is reagarding things or niche which adwords doesnot supports...Ex-adult or kinda fake seo link building ..

They told me they would ban any future accounts that I create. Therefore I need to setup my new account without letting them know it's me. That's why I can't use a credit card with my name or address.

I think what you need is someone who can open an account for you use his VCC or any other accepted cards by adwords. A friend of mine was banned from adwords but we were using his card to pay adwords. As for your situation I don't think adwords wont ban you in the future as it was your "business model" that was not accepted in their policies. Maybe if you have other types of product or offer may help you not get banned or you need to find other network. Why not try Bing instead?

Ha, sorry I totally misread your post and thought you were asking if I used a vcc.

So it sounds like I would need to have someone else create the account in their name, and then I just pay for it with my own vcc?

I don't think there's a problem with that. But you need to make sure that you trust that person. After all you will need to load his VCC or any other accepted card to pay on adwords.
