I don't see why Google would mind that. Bigger names than you are already doing it. If you're not careful, you might lose your credibility. I'd make it abundantly clear when the text is a paid review.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

If you are giving them Dofollow backlink with anchor text rich keyword then it is against Google otherwise not at all.

Google doesn't dislike that. Just write honest reviews for your readers. Paid reviews earn big, so never miss even a single chance. I also publish paid reviews, but I accept the offers only when the sponsor's product deserves to be recommended.

The real issue with the paid reviews are the links that pass pagerank, so if you add the "nofollow" tag to your links you should have no problem

Paid reviews fall under the category of Native Advertising, and as such there are both laws and Google guidelines to comply with.

The FTC requires that they be clearly labeled as Sponsored or Advertising - Google also has the same requirement in addition to wanting you to nofollow the links.

    For further info see:
Despite what people say above, it can hurt your blog if you do it without following the guidelines and you get caught.

The FTC is only for the United States. I notice he's in Dubai.

Google does not know a paid review from a hole in the ground, unless you
      tip them off.

If you are as good as you say you are, I'm sure you know what would tip
      them off.

I should have made it clear that the FTC was just an example, many countries have similar laws - although I don't know if the United Arab Emirates does.
