Duplicate content issue - how worried should I be?

One one of my sites there is one page of duplicate content (equivalent to 15 A4 pages of text). There is the exact same text on another section of the same site.

How much of a concern is this? Should this be removed immediately?

    Well personally I will suggest you add maybe a video from YouTube in that same topic to make it a bit unique and different. So that Google will not count it as duplicate content when they access your page.
