launching a new website, how to protect my content and ppc campaigns?

hey, I'm launching a new website soon along with a PPC campaign,
are there any ways to protect possible competitors from stealing my content,
and from scrapers? is there any extensive list of robots or some IP's that I should somehow block to prevent scraping?
Also, how can I protect my PPC campaigns from getting scraped? for example, how can I avoid appearing on Spyfu, or websites that lists your top keywords?
