Subdomain indexed in Google,but not showing un SERP

I have been working on a client website for last 3 months but we are not getting any results and more over the website is slowly moving out of search results. Post 1.5 month of our work, it came to 4th page from 10th page and after that it started moving backwards and now it is in 18th page of SERP. We did on-page content change and posted unique articles in blogs, PPT creation, Video Promotion, PDF Submission, SBM(PR3 and above sites only 20), Articles submission(currently stopped), classifieds posting, business listing, Facebook group submission, Forums etc but still don't see any good results. We are also searching with the keyword which is a combination of our company name and product, then also the page url doesn't appear in google. The url has 350 backlinks (from related websites only) according to webmaster tools. What should I do now???
