Underlying Question Behind Every Search Term

Do you realize that behind every search term or keyword that people typed into search engine be it Google, Bing or Yahoo lies an underlying question?

Now if you can find out what those questions are and address them accordingly, they will not only be grateful for the solutions they provide but may even recommend their friends to it.

Now that is what I called a compelling content that engages searchers to read, apply and even share with others especially their friends.

Let's say if I want to learn how to date girls, I could be typing keywords like:

1. How to date girls in their 20s,

2. How to date girls in their 30s,

3. How to date girls in their 40s and beyond etc.

Likewise if I want to lose weight, I could be typing keywords like:

1. How to lose weight fast,

2. How to lose weight fast and easily,

3. How to lose weight fast, easily and painlessly,

4. How to lose weight fast without giving up what I like to eat everyday.

Or if I want to learn how to improve my communication skills, I could be typing keywords like:

1. How to improve my communication skills as a child,

2. How to improve my communication skills as a teenager,

3. How to improve my communication skills as an adult,

4. How to improve my communication skills easily,

5. How to improve my communication skills easily and quickly,

6. How to improve my communication skills, easily, quickly and painlessly

Now if you can group those keywords into topics aka categories - if you are using Wordpress - on the navigation menu as titles and providing relevant solutions be it articles or videos using presentation slides or live video, do you think people will be more interested to read, bookmark and even print out your information?

Or even using those as bullet points if you want to build a squeeze page and free report touching on those points as table of contents?

Do you think they will also share with others like I already mentioned earlier?

This is what I learnt after watching Andrew Hansen's webinar in regards to his dog insurance keyword theories again and again even though I do not want to take up his coaching as yet.

All the while building my authority site using the same keywords and content in another niche I discovered.

Just did some research on Amazon, Google and Youtube as well based on what I read in newspapers and watched on TV news.

And I can tell you the results are pretty staggering and amazing. For there are even more terms that are widely searched but with medium or low competition than what I already mentioned.

Having said that, this is how I intend to do my SEO and link building related to topics of relevant sites rather than just their high PR.

If you can recommend various affiliate products based on those topics, that will be great.

If you can create an info product to build a list (by getting them to read the first 2 chapters) and then sell them for $27-47 like how Eben Pagan promotes his Double Your Dating as David DeAngelo in 2004/5, that will even be better.

Those are just my 2 cent thoughts and suggestions but I still hope you can think about it should you decide to continue doing SEO.

Now I also understand why my compatriot internet marketer Fabian Lim came up with his own term called Search Value Optimization or SVO through another local entrepreneur Sant Qiu's last year posts on Facebook.
