I released a new product and I been guest blogging on relevant niches.

They were PR 4 and PR3, but my actual post is totally new so its PR0 page, does this mean I get no juice?

Check majesticseo and ahrefs for how much juice you get
PR gets updated by google perhaps only once per year, and it really doesn't matter that much.

I would be looking at how much traffic their posts are really sending. If the site interlinks well, you should receive some juice from it. The site may also have a lot of people that link to it naturally, but you won't be able to see a PR update for quite some time.

A guest posting is when you place an article on a blog that you don't own *(in most cases!)... If the blog is in the same or RELATED niche, you can both get traffic and a small ranking boost!

A site with PR4 home page likely gives some link juice to an individual blog post. However, it's a fraction of the home page value. It's not uncommon for the "fixed" first level pages to have PR of 2-3, but I wouldn't expect the same from a blog post.

PR is given by URL, probably the domain you were posting is PR4 or 3, but it does not mean the URL you are posting have any juice whatsoever.

You've got "SEO" in your username so you may want to stop saying nonsensical crap like "high PR website" on a public forum.

You should use ahrefs tool to check backlinks coming on your websites. If this tool shows that backlinks are coming from the websites where you posted guest posts means your website got juice from those website otherwise your effort did not work properly.
