About 3 days ago, I noticed an strange visitor on my site stat. So I did a little
research on the IP visited my site and it revealed that the IP corresponds to Google Inc
located in Mountain View California. The url started with "127.0.0.1" which is usually an
indicator that the person or the software visited my home page didn't use an ordinary browser,
instead a program to view my site.

So I pasted the url on google to find out why Google was on my site, and
it appeared that the software they were using was a Fuzz testing program.
For those of you who don't know what this software is, let me explain it in short.
The software is primarily used for finding security holes in sites and web applications.
Hackers also will use it for attacking sites written by weak programmers.
This is a two sided sword to use (beneficial and non beneficial).

Does anyone have experienced the same issue on his site?
It's not so good to have a Google engineer on your site

Probably is their malware testing bot. How do you think they report potential attack sites? The ones with basic vulnerabilities are prime candidates to be hacked and infect visitors later.

Yes, I was thinking of this possibility and I think this might be the case.
But my question is that if Google will do these checks for other sites?
I just opened this thread but unfortunately no one else experienced
the same situation so I think their security check bots never reveal itself
with javascript code used for stats and I never happened to see this
behaviour from Google bots in past.

Check your server logs on your host.

That IP address points to localhost, the machine that the page is hosted on. I'm not sure where you get that conclusion. In theory it's possible that the "URL" is a mistake, but it would seem more logical to assume that the web hosting company is running a tool to check for problems.

Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

Nope. That was real IP. I know what you say but that's not the case.
