Can't See My Own Adsense Ads

Is anybody else having this problem, or is it specific to me?
I can't see my own adsense ads on my websites using the laptop I use 90% of the time, but I can view the ads of others.
I can see the ads on my Android smartphone and tablet, both are sync to my Google account, so they know it's me. I can also view the ads on other's computers.
I noticed the code is different from what it used to be. Is this to protect me from clicking on my own ads, or is this a bigger problem I'm having with Google (the first time I saw this, I was worried I got banned).
