Has anyone heard of an Adwords manager getting a percentage of the profits in exchange for running a campaign?

Is there anyone that does this?

    That doesn't sound like an unreasonable PPC management model. A more common model would probably be setting a goal CPA and the AdWords manager pocketing the difference between the goal CPA and actual CPA.
