When you search "product A keywords" on google, you will find ALL the first 3 pages are alibaba's URLs.

Often 3 types of Alibaba results flood on the first 3 pages on google.
#1,
Alibaba may create 100 pages for Various forms of the keywords.

Which are like the following urls:
...
...

#2,
Alibaba's sellers also have many many many Subdomains urls, like these:
Company1.en.alibaba.com
Company2.en.alibaba.com
Company3.en.alibaba.com
Company4.en.alibaba.com
Company5.en.alibaba.com
...
These URLs also rank very high in google results.

#3,
The B2C sites of Alibaba - "www.aliexpress.com › Wholesale Product‎" also rank very high on the first page.

Only giant B2B sites like Globalsources and Made-in-china can have 1 or 2 positions in the first Three pages.

Many people have the same complaint:
https://productforums.google.com/for...E/z1RJC-DyJ6EJ
https://productforums.google.com/for...rs/vMki94xTOM4

As the Alibaba's domain authority score is 94, and the root domain Alibaba.com rank 75 in alexa.com, so it is very very very hard to compete with Alibaba urls.

So, as the SEOer of my factory, how could we fight against SEO Monsters like Alibaba.com?
How could my site have one position on the 1st page?
Do you have any ideas on this situation?

    Those are all different sub-domains.
    • chinamobile168.en.alibaba.com
    • aonedigital.en.alibaba.com
    • grandtek.en.alibaba.com
    • szboyiheng.en.alibaba.com

The top of the first page is simply a double SERP listing which is normal for an authority site.

The answer to your question is... You don't fight the monsters.

Agree 100% with this. You will never be able to compete with giants, its just a fact. You have to work with what you have, and find a way to make realistic expectations into results(whether that be revenue, visits etc.).

        That's not true.

Look at Ebay for example, they blast thousands of weak internal search pages that don't have much exact keyword phrase authority. Most of those types of pages rank because of low competition.

Size up the competitions ranked page/s.

Here in this thread I can tell you without even doing any research that Alibaba has a strong authority on that exact keyword phrase in OP since they have a double SERP listing. I can also tell you that double SERP listing can be beat, just depends how bad competition wants to rank.

Those sub-domains have their own niche authority:

None of the sites that are ranking on the first page for the phrase you wrote have a SINGLE backlink indexed, lets not talk about quality backlinks, so what you do there is to get quality backlinks toward you site and you will easily outrank them.

They are ranking because the domain has authority and there is no competition, but I bet you a beer that if you crease a series of web 2.0 properties with this exact keyword in the domain :"crystal hardcase boxes manufacturers" and interlink them you will outrank them.

Sure alibaba might be monster, just like amazon. So what?

If I were in China...do what the Chinese do...I'm here, so I amazon.

I don't get a lot of you people. Why would google send people to your
piddly little site with nothing but crap review of more crap....instead
of sending them to a site where they could actually BUY IT!

Judging by some of the replies, I don't think you people realize that
alibaba is to China what Amazon is the rest of the world.

Backlinks? Come on people. Get a grip.

Don't you people keep up with tech news?

This is why google will always remain on top. They have the best
working for them. Yahoo? They don't have that magic touch...

        To paulgl,
        Yes, you are right.
If you want to rank in front of these links, then you will have to make you site more useful for Visitors.

At last, my question is that why google allow Alibaba flood Alibaba results in the first 2 or 3 pages?

This is just the Alibaba's trick, they dominate google ranks, then all factory or company in B2B area have to join Alibaba, and pay member fees(US$5000 per year) and AD fees(>$10000, most company pay at least this amount per year) to Alibaba.

Alibaba create an advertising systems within Alibaba.com like Google Adwords, if you want to rank on top among the searching results, then you pay the highest prices on keywords.

My thoughts exactly. Some of you spend too much time on this forum and not enough time reading or watching REAL tech news and taking advice from people who themselves are no better off, have proof of their accomplishments or credibility.
