Hi,
This how our site works
we have different sports categories, every cat. have the live matches of the day.

every match have unique keyword and description an title all set in every match page.

what is the best seo plan for this site for off page seo?
where is can get best trusted seo service provider?
currently i am using socialadr for social bookmarks and i have the GSA SER and GSA indexer

    As some have suggested because your website is very interactive with content people can typically be interested in sharing you could really do well with promotions that would generate social traffic.

    Rather than simply building backlinks, get two birds and try some guest blogging, featured tweets, or press release. You have good chance to try and get as much natural link building though you still need to first get your site noticed out there.

    You would be far better suited to look at social media marketing and things like app development to get the word out about your site.

    SEO-wise, you would probably need a budget of over $10k a month to even moderately compete with all the major sporting websites already out there.

    Build web 2.0s pointing to your main site and then use GSA on them (multi tier setup inside gsa).
    If your rankings increase keep 2.0s if they go down delete them.
    Also try to build social media buzz for instant traffic.
