I visit my site daily to find content to share to my social network pages. I don't want to get on Googles bad side for false adsense impressions. Should I be concerned about this? Should I use a ad blocker?

I don't think it is necessary. adsense is ppc advertisement, so if you do not click, there is no earning.

From my understanding Google currently mixes CPM ads in with the CPC ads.

    Yes!
I think you should use ad blocker because any time accidentally mouse can click on your website's ads so, it would be harmful for your AdSense.

That makes no sense. Accidental clicks are no problem. I visit my sites
lots of times, no problem. But then, I'm not in Pakistan.

To the OP, I'd worry about a whole lot more than accidental clicks.

How do you accidentally click an ad, is it like a moth drawn into a bug light (zap!)?

Don't click your ads & you have nothing to worry about. I ran Adsense for years & never accidentally clicked an ad (thousands of pages, multiple domains).
