Backlinks From New Domain

Hi every One i have create two website on 5 feb 2014 both are entertain ment related .I got A site link from b But after 1 and half month i have check my backlinks every site show u dont have backlink yet .how much time this process will take

you will have to look at the backlink again maybe you forgot to have it saved

Yes most of the tools show less backlinks than they are supposed to be. So check manually or in Google webmaster.

  Am I wrong in assuming that WMT's is just reporting from the back end of Google? So what WMT's reports is what Google sees?
  
  Meaning, even if there are other backlinks that WMT's isn't reporting, they are worthless because Google doesn't know they exist?
