Someone from Nigeria has been click bombing my adsense ads. What should I do? Is there a way to block ads from showing to this person or that country altogether?

If you know they are from Nigeria, then you should also know the rest
    of your questions.

Google handles clickbombers. You don't think they are that stupid to not
have a system in place, do you?

You can block IPs and countries using a variety of methods. One of the
first things a webmaster should learn and know how to do. If you don't
know, google it, contact your host, read, learn, etc.

Even so, it's best to confront Google Adsense with this situation, even filing a report to explain the suspicious activity. It's better to tell Google before Google tells you what's going on.

Google knows what's going on immediately. No need to write to home about.
In fact, it's almost an admission that you site is not attracting the right people.

I should add, however, that if your ads get clickbombed on a regular basis,
from different sources that is, then your traffic is the problem...not
clickbombing. And that will eventually be a red flag to google.

One clickbomber is nothing to worry about.

I guarantee clickbombing is a regular occurence. We just don't know it.
