I want to know from expert that. When google give number of PR, like PR4, then this PR4 is of whole website URL, or just it is consider of home page? Because one website has many web pages, like 100 web pages, then PR4 is of all pages or not?

    It's PAGErank not domain rank.

Every page has its own page rank.

Pagerank travels through links, and not all links are the same value.

The homepage is often the highest pagerank, because in most website structures, every page links to the homepage, and every link (normaly) carries some pagerank from all the pages that link to it. This is not always the case though, for instance the most links on my website are not to the homepage, and several pages rank the same as it, and some even have outranked it.

Also the more outbound links from a webpage, the more it bleeds it own pagerank out to other pages.
