recommend a good easy to setup PPC

I am looking for an easy to use, PPC engine that I can setup quickly or hire someone to come and setup a campaign.

I dont pay setup fees,

I am just looking for some clicks from a medium to small company where I have control over the amount of the spend.

If someone is out there that is interested in setting me up or referring me to a decent PPC PM or post.

    Do they have to be in the US? When you say no set up fees are you talking monthly management fees as well?

    HI, thanks, US is preferred, but not required, it is just that usually US traffic is more responsive, when I say setup fees I mean, like they used to charge for setting up a hosting account, years ago.

    Back in the stone ages, they used to charge a big "setup" fee for hosting accounts now days, there are so many people out there offering hosting accounts that very few people will pay a setup fee anymore,

    They also used to do this with Cell phone companies, now with all the competition they generally dont do that anymore.
