How to start MFA site?

Please, advise me how to start MFA site. I have different ideas:
1. To make site for goods –> multipage site with copyrighted content -> 1 page for 1 item.
Each page includes description, technical characteristics, adsense
2. To make site for questions keywords – like “How to eat Japanese food with chopsticks”
How to promote such sites?

        I'd try to build a decent site and not consider it MFA. That's a negative term straight from Google's "do not" list. You seem to have a good idea for the site, so why not just go for it?
