    First you need to stop assuming that we can read your mind. Nobody can help you if you don't tell us what you need. If you're looking for some generic advice on planning I'd suggest trying Google Search.

    What's your background in SEO? Have you already started a company? What kind of planning have you already done? (Business plan, SWOT, etc.) Do you have existing clients or partners? What would you need help with?

      You have no road map to get your business started and are requesting how to get that fixed? Hmm?

      There are too many variables and ways to answer your question. Right now it's too vague. If you could maybe think of 2 or 3 questions, at the most, and then ask specifically about them, that will help you get the answers you seek.

      How do we answer your question?

      Do you need website design ideas?
      Do you need advice on the sort of copy you should have on your site?
      Do you want to know how to market/advertise your services?
      Do you want advice on what sort of platform you want your site on? WordPress? Others?

      I could list many more. Ask specific questions and it will help in getting more targeted and specific answers.

    So you're just asking about the choice of a CMS? If your partner really is a web developer you should rely on his advice and use a system he already knows. Once you've chosen the platform, you can just google almost everything you need to know.

    If you're trying to sell SEO services see what that partner of yours knows about SEO. Most of us web devs know something about the on-page side, because it's kind of required.
