I hired someone to promote my website link on their facebook pages. I need to hire some other guys to do the same.

Can you please enlighten me if it is necessary to keep writing different description to promote my website each time I hire somebody or if same article will do well or SEO friendly.

Lastly, what is the average number of words appropriate. I personally think too lengthy words can make people uninterested to read and being too short could could be ineffective.

Thanks

First of all, forget that you hired someone to promote your website.

Suppose there is a blog post about "Matt Cutts's penalty on MyBlogGuest". This blog post is shared on TechCrunch(for example) and many people liked it and want to share on their facebook page.

Will these people edit it before sharing on their facebook page? No.
So, in the case of social networking and SMO site duplicate content is not issue.
Google takes reference of these websites to know the popularity of the shared website or link.

You don't have to rewrite the article being shared. However, you might take time to create a unique description which will be copied and pasted into the Facebook post or tweet by your promotion person. This will not necessarily benefit your SEO efforts but will be a great value to your readers, who might have already seen your advertisement or promotion elsewhere.
