Google (not provided) Keyword. How Do I know Which Keywords?

Being new to IM and all, I am in a bit of a confusion. Maybe you all can help me understand what I am supposed to do here.
Our Amazon Affiliate website is gaining a small bit im traffic - averaging about 200 unique visitors per day. Not really making any significant sales from it at the moment.
Here is my problem: In order to be able to improve the pages for ranking, I need to know what the top search keywords are. Google hides this information from me in Google Analytics. How am I supposed to be able to use the best keywords (or even know what they are)?
This is all that Google shows for Top Keywords:
(not provided)2,831(92.28%)
99.40%
2,814(92.35%)
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
BTW - I have Market Samurai and the free version of Traffic Travis. Am I missing some way to use these tools better?
Thanks

Not really any way to know this these days, Google are a pain when it comes to this. The data is still available if you use Adwords although you'll have a problem with an Amazon site. Sorry!

oh this is simple.. make it more natural, google wants every site to be natural, clean and easy to navigate for the users... remember this.. always aim for traffic instead of ranking.

Thanks Georg - good advice. I am trying to make the site more natural, but still interested in what the visitors are looking for. Then I can adjust things accordingly. Targeting what viewers want seems like a natural thing to increase traffic.

As far as I know most hosts offer , as a standard (at least all that I use), alternative site and traffic statstistics. Just log into your hosting account and there you should find it (AWStats is often used). There somewhere you can see referring sites, also the keywords extracted from google's URLs which send you the traffic.

AWStats is the one! Thanks R, Shawner. That was just what I was looking for.
I really appreciate the info from you and Nouman Younas. Thanks again for your input. I have a bit of information I can use to improve my pages now.

Google Webmaster Tools give you reasonable keyword data.

If you've got an old site, you can still use your historic keyword data.

Other search providers aren't always encrypting their data so you can use that.

But really the "not provided" thing is a blessing in disguise as it forces you to write for users, not search engines. So stop checking your rankings, and start thinking up new ways to keep your visitors informed and entertained.
