What's the best way to start a new campaign using keywords and adgroups from an existing campaign?

I have an adwords campaign with hundreds of keywords in multiple adgroups. The offer I'm promoting isn't converting after many tweaks and I want to promote a new offer with the same keywords and adgroups.

However, I have some good quality scores and cheap cpcs. I don't want to affect my cpcs and QS by using a different offer.

Should I copy all the KW and groups to a new campaign and let them both run side by side for a few days, then pause the old one or is it okay to just pause it now?

Or should I keep the existing campaign and just change the destination URLs and landing pages?

Yes, you can just change the URLs. But Google will re-evaluate and your QS may change since it's two different landing pages.

Seems to me you should change your ads as well. These offers can't both be exactly the same that the same ad fits both after all. If so, you may find that the new offer doesn't convert any better.
