      Quality ( relevant reciprocal links ) 3 way links, title tag with 2 focused keywords. description with your 2 focused keywords. anchor text, backlinks, and look at each page as your home page. and make them unique. The more a page is updated the more it will be indexed by the search engines.

    page rank mostly depend on site contents and META ,so you should write META related to your site contents.........and many factor are there but first do it.

    Well.. There are countless ways to get the PR but the most relevant ways are to get a maximum back links as well as the back links should be from quality sites. The meta tagging and keyword stuffing should be accurate enough. Try to get the reciprocation through the good PR pages of relevance.
