New site stuck in Google's particular page !!!!!!

I have seen a new website in Google's 3rd page and it has been stuck in there for many weeks. Any ideas to why a new site is stuck in Google's 3rd page and how long will it be there ?

    How can you be sure that the website is simply "stuck" there and that it hasn't been promoted the right way anymore?
    There's no specific time frame for a particular website to sit on a particular change - it all depends on the niche, the competition, the exact promotion methods and even google algorithm updates.
    Do you happen to have any idea on how is that website promoted or you just saw it there and wondering what's up with it?

    Continue adding relevant and good quality content to your site regurally and continue creating backlinks. Use social media to promote your stuff and search engines will eventually catch on. There's no simple way of doing it nowadays! Also make sure that your competition from the 1st page isn't too strong for you - if they are it might take quite a while to rank the site.

    In order to keep on moving up in the SERP, the website needs: good, unique content, good on page optimization, high quality backlinks built to it. If it lacks one of these three elements, it will have a hard time moving up.

    It's because their competitors is giving them a hell of competition why don't you analyse your competitors ? I am definitely sure this has to do something with the competitors. They might be doing something that "NEW WEBSITE" isn't doing.
