Getting Started With Bing - Questions For PPC Experts!

I am making the jump into ppc and I haven't done it in a while. I tried Google Adwords a while back and lost money.
But want to learn how to do Bing PPC. I have a couple questions for any Bing PPC experts.
How many keywords do I start off a campaign with?
Do I set the keywords to broad to test out to see which keywords are profitable?
Do I need to set max bid if I set a daily budget spend?
I think that's all the questions I have for now, I am sure that I will have more once my campaign becomes live and I start getting traffic.
