What plan are you using from them?

If its a Windows OS running on less than 2Mb Ram you're wasting your time.

Usually depends on what you are using it for, but sometimes the node may be plain oversold. Maybe you'd need to get a new VPS from a large and well established ISP?

I have heard that Liquidweb is good. I personally use Bluehost, there are some hiccups this past year but am overall satisfied.
