AdWords Phone Call Tracking Service

What's the cheapest/reliable service out there for tracking phone calls that came from AdWords clicks? If they can track form submissions, even better!

Keymetric, Mongoose Metrics, IfByPhone, etc. are more costly than my client can afford.

I used synergy411.com and was pretty reasonable. Although for tracking different keywords you have to get different phone numbers with them I guess.

  Thanks. I need a service that dynamically changes the phone number on the website when the click comes from AdWords. Synergy411 doesn't look like it does that. Thanks anyways.

  Thanks. That's good, but it only covers the calls made directly from your ads, not the calls that are made after the searchers get on your site, which are most of the calls.

  Thanks, but that doesn't look like it integrates with AdWords.
  
  I need a tool that:
  
  1) senses the click came from AdWords (usually a JavaScript on every page)
  2) dynamically changes the current phone numbers on the website to new tracking numbers (same JavaScript)
  3) reports the number of calls that came from AdWords clicks
  
  CallRail seems to do what I need. Cheaper options would be good to hear about, but $30/month is hard to beat.

Talk to your Google rep if you have one.

They have something in beta that will track calls for you, including a dynamic feature for your site that changes the number on your site if the visitor came in from an ad.
