Which technique will be right for more traffic and keyowrd ranking?

Dear All, Its may be my personal question. But I am asking if is it. Forgive me.
My question is:
If you have two quality articles. Which technique you will go? Guest blogging that has no follow link OR in your own website blog. Which would be the best technique.
I do not care about no follow or do follow link in guest blogging technique. but I would be very grateful to you if you tell me which technique will beneficial for me more. my blog is blog.enukesoftware dot com.

    You can post the article on your website first then submit it to other sites as a guest post by making a few changes. Usually, you can make the content a bit shorter or break it up into a series post. There are no duplicate penalities for posting articles on many websites. You get penalized if you have the same content on multiple pages within the same site.

      I know this, and I will not do that. But my question is which technique will beneficial for me. Suppose I kept on submitting my articles on my own website blog for one month and then other month I kept on submitting articles in other websites as guest blogging. Which month will be beneficial for me. FIRST OR SECOND. This is my question

    The first because you want people coming to your website regularly. Good content will keep them coming back. I encourage you to try both especially if you are just starting out. It's hard to get traffic with a new blog because you have no readers.

    Recycle your content and you can guest blog as well as have good content on your website. All the major websites do this (Yahoo!, Google News, Associated Press, CNN).

    If you have quality articles then you should publish it on your own blog. Publishing quality content is not sufficient specially when blog is new and has few visitors. Content marketing is also needed to get more traffic and keyword ranking. You can use some prominent social bookmarking sites like Reddit, Digg, StumbleUpon and social networking sites like twitter, Facebook, Google Plus to spread your quality articles in outside world.

    Guest blogging is NOT the best idea as Article Marketing is not so powerful as it was a few years ago and moreover it could harm your website... Better post the articles in your own blog and be sure that they are unique and high-qualtiy!

    SEO for traffic and keyword ranking is totally different from my view point.

    Traffic: Just make comment in any blog. Make some guest post in any blog if it provide dofollow of nofollow link no matter. You will get traffic.

    Keyword Ranking: This is very hard. Here you have to make high quality backlink and not more than 10 a day otherwise search engine can consider as spam.

    It depends:

    Guest blogging will generate more traffic if it's hosted on a high traffic site.
    Article on your site will generate more traffic if your site is doing well with long tail keywords in search engines.

    You will need to do both. For your website pages to be indexed and to gain high page rank, you need to update and post good and quality content to your site.

    Then of course, to get backlinks and possible traffic from other sites, you need to also submit high quality and unique content to blog networks.

    If you ask me,then i would suggest u to place 1 article on your website..then,register with wikihow and find other great articles that closely related to your 1st article (that u put on your blog),and make some edit on it (article on wikihow)..

    dont forget to put citation(your blog link) so that wikihow's visitor will channelled to your blog after done reading article on wikihow..

    p/s: if u are promoting affiliate product,dont forget to place affiliate link at the bottom of your blog's article. If u are lucky,u will earn some bucks!

    Well, In this case I would go forward for the my own blog posting, now you'll as what makes me doing this, what makes me doing this is I am giving Google a fresh page to crawl and I think you know well that Google loves fresh page. I would say change your blog subdomain to something enukesoftware dot com/blog , I think you must be getting what I am trying to say doing this will count the traffic under the enukesoftware dot com while in the blog.enukesoftware dot com traffic counts individually for yhr enukesoftware and blog.enukesoftware dot com. Getting the subdomain blog under the main site will not only help you in achieving good traffic but your raking will also climb up because every week you have a fresh content. So, I will say go forward with blog posting than giving other credit for your work.

    I suggest you do both. The more the better and also I suggest Social Media for Traffic like Facebook, Twitter, Pin interest they are all great sources of internet traffic to your website, YES it takes time to create accounts but it actually converts and in the long run it’s far more rewarding. With these social media sites you can get a sale within just hours of posting quality content.
    Also Google Alerts is great since you can jump into your niche discussion providing quality content which results in sales.

    Beneficial in what sense? Are you trying to get more traffic right away, or is your goal to get your site ranked higher in the SERP? If you're trying to get more traffic, then posting the article as a guest blog on a high traffic blog will bring you more traffic, but will not help your rankings given that the backlink is dofollow.
