how i do to get any warning from youtube partner ?

hi there !
recently i started with youtube partner ! so i downloaded a video in youtube and i had add a image in first video and all gonna right !
when i have do it for second time for making another video .
youtube has send me a Warning • Expires Jun 7, 2014 told me If another video is blocked worldwide, your account will go into bad standing and you will lose access to some YouTube features.

please i wanna know how i take any video I want and add something to it with any another warning ?

    Are you saying you took a video off the web that you didn't make & uploaded it to a YT channel while monetizing with Adsense? Lol, I wonder where it went wrong.

    YouTube's copyright robocop system is advanced. If they're telling you that the content wasn't yours to post 1) it's likely that they're right, and 2) there's not much you can do about it even if they were mistaken. They're looking for video, audio and (probably) images that they know to fall under someone else's copyright.
