What is the difference between automatic and manual payment in Google Adwords?

I am going to create Google Adword campaign for my client? Which mode should I choose for payment option.what is difference between thses two modes?

Automatic Payment : Works as Postpaid : You first accrue advertising costs, then have those costs automatically charged to your primary form of payment. You can only make payment by Credit Card

Manual Payment : Works as Pre Paid : Allows you to make payments before your ads run. When you make a manual payment, your ads will run immediately after we receive your payment. You'll accrue costs that are deducted from your manual payments. You can make payment through different methods like CC, Net Banking, Debits Cards, Check etc !!

The difference is that there is a threshold on the Auto Payments (you work on credit). It depends on amount of money you are spending daily and it can go up to £500.

For manual payments you will have to fund your account before you start advertising. In my opinion this is much more hassle, as you have to fund money regularly in advance.
