Are Bookmarking sites whose PR is 2 or 3 count as a bad backlink..if our targeted website PR is "0"?

My target website PR is "0" and I wish to create few backlink... So if I submit my website Url on few low PR like 2, 3 or 4 bookmarking sites also.. Can this kind sites make my backlink list Bad???

Please share your point of views...

    What's your strategy? Long-term rankings or churn and burn?

    Don't look at the PR of the bookmarking sites. Look at the relevance of those sites to your niche, and the quality of the site as a whole you want to submit your site to.

    I wouldn't touch most of thees bookmarking sites with a 10 foot pole. Especially if it's a Pligg or Scuttle I wouldn't let it anywhere near my money site.

    Just so you know if you have to remove links in the future these are impossible to remove.

      I am studying somewhere on the internet.. mix of do-follow and no-follow backlink look natural. No doubt Do-follow backlinks pull our site PR and pass link juice but no-follow also helps to push online traficc..and its also important factor in seo.. what u think on it??

      My team mates creates low PR(2,3) bookmarking backlinks,..and max backlinks are do-follow there.. very few are no-follow.. So can I delete those no-follow links???

    No they are not. You must use high PR sites For bookmarking because links with low PR will definitely count as a bad backlink.
    For bookmarking sites which have low alexa is very useful to use because they posses high traffic and thus you also can be visible to a good number of people. So rather than PR you have to also focus on alexa especially for bookmarking.
