      Hi Jery!

You are asking the wrong question here...

CPC and CTR with Adsense is extremely dependend on your website's contents. Those values can't be compared straight with any another website, without taking a lot more factors in the comparison.

An example: A website could have a CPC of 0.15 and the same website could rank for 0.40 after optimizing it and taking further steps to increase Adsense revenue.

Also, different advertisement methods within the same site could have very different values. It's not unusual for some ads to have a CTR of 0.10% (as example when placed in footer), a display ad in a prominent location having 0.40% and a tiny link ad that might not get even 10% coverage, have a CTR of 1.50%.

As that, comparing these numbers to any other site just like that is... kinda useless.

So, you had really want to ask something different, depending on what you want to really know or achieve.
