Role of IP Address in seo submission

If so many off-page submission done by a same IP Address.. Is it "okey" or create some harm later on???

    It's not ok because, say you do SEO for clients, if you have a social bookmarking site you regularly post to as it generates a lot of talk, traffic, and conversions, your IP might become banned even if it's not spam.

    If you do social networking and create & maintain Twitter profiles for businesses, you shouldn't create more than 10 per IP because then your IP might be banned.

    If you're in business, you need a VPN, VPS, and preferably both, and many of them.

    i thnk it is not really important because ip can be cahnge in seonds with the help of proxy it only thig whats matter is your comment.
