Had a warning for violating a rule, say I must fix it. Problem is they don't say what I must fix..just give a list of possible things it could be.

Anyway not bothered they can ban my account if they like.

What I'm most concerned about is if they found a problem with my site could this affect my organic search ranking?

Before anyone says no, how do you know for sure that there isn't a database of "problem sites" in Adwords and those sites are penalised in the organic results.

Nobody knows what database does google have. Nobody except Google.

Back to Bing. I've asked Google Adwords to ban my account. Bet they weren't expecting that! lol

I can just say this should be a so obvious violation of their guidline in that
      page they are refering to:

      - Malware
      - Doorway
      - Copyright / Download / Products / ...
      - Stores with untransparent billing and pricing model

PPC is useful for what the purpose it is designed for.

Migrating to Bing doesn't solve the problem and change the situation there.
It's kind of erasing question instead of providing solutions.

Adwords has nothing to do with the other part of google.

The internet is full of sites not doable on adwords, and google
        loves them just fine.

As far as Bing, they have the same ad guidelines as google,
as does every other legit PPC program.

can you give info about the warning? Is it about your site content? About the setup of your adwords? both?

Violating a rule might just be having having 2 display urls in an adgroup.. that wont affect your SEO.

But I dont know what this 'violation' is...

They won't say. They are asking me to fix a problem without telling me what it is and then re-submit my site. They provide a link to a page which lists numerous violations. Am I supposed to guess? I have no idea.

It could, but since we don't know what the problem is, we can't tell for sure. Have you tried contacting them asking what the problem is exactly?

    Hello

You must have received mail from Google regarding the reason of violations. If you haven’t received mail you can contact Google and ask them regarding the issue and they will guide you how to fix the violation.

AdWords and Oragnic results are two different models. If you had a warning for violation adwords rule and if your site has manual action or your site is in spamming list than your organic results may have impact of this, Because Google doesn’t allow sites in AdWords which is violating Google search guidelines so if that is the reason of violating a rule than it will affect your site ranking in Organic. But if you are not violating any rules and your site is clean than there wouln’t be any effect of problem sites.
