Aged Domain better for PPC if PPC history exists?

Sorry if this isn't the right place.
Here's my scenario:
Sometimes Google flags my campaigns because of what I'm marketing... not always, but sometimes.
I'm in a bit of a grey area there.
However, I'm wondering if google would be less likely to flag me if I bought an aged domain that already had an adwords history with no flagging? I'm asking this of course because I am looking to buy a new domain to run campaigns from since my last was shut down.
Any insight here would be greatful!
