Visitors gone up 100% - CPC goes down by one half

I observe for the past two days whereas visitors to my site are up by 100%, CPC is down by one half. Result no change in per day google adsense inccome.

    Your first step should be to find out, where this increase in traffic is coming from. This will help a long way to shed some light in that.

    By finding the source of those visitors, it should already give you some details about how interested those visitors might be on your side and generally the quality of your traffic.

    Use your Stats for that (Google Analytics, Logs or anything else you have).

    Afterwards, try to figure out how long those stay on your page and if they exit it immediately.

    Only once you have these infos, can be seen if there is a problem with your new gained visitors or your ads and how things could be optimized.
